Point system

Perfect practice week	= 15 pts
Each practice attended	= 1 pt
League meet participation	= 10 pts per meet attended
USS meet participation	= 10 pts per session
Best meet time	= 5 pts per best time
OCCC Record	= 40 pts per record broken
OCHS Record	= 20 pts per record broken
JO Cut	= 10 pts per event
Zone Cut	= 20 pts per event
Work horse award	= 15 pts per week awarded
Parent/Guardian home meet timers/aids	= 15 pts per home meet
Honor roll in school	= 10 pts per marking period student is awarded honor roll
NJSIAA State cut	= 10 pts per event
Deck help	= 5 pts per meet (cleaning up deck after meets/practice when others have left a mess.)

Full week no show to practice	= -5 pts per week
Wall barnacle	= -5 pts
Unexcused tardiness	= -5 pts after 1 warning

Definitions

Work Horse Award- given to the swimmer that comes to practice with the right attitude and goes after every set hard without complaining.

Wall Barnacle- awarded to the swimmer that is consistently skipping sets and missing intervals due to lack of effort.

Bronze Club - 80 pts needed.

Members of the Bronze Club will receive a certificate of membership, OCCC cap, and name on team web page as member of the club. Swimmers in this club should feel privileged and reassured that they are heading in the right direction.

Silver Club - 140 pts needed.

Members of the Silver Club will receive a certificate of membership, OCCC cap, T-shirt, Pizza Party and name on the team web page. Swimmers in this club should know they have really achieved a great feat and had to work hard and swim fast to get here, the silver club members should know they had great work ethic to get here.

Gold Club - 200 pts needed

Members of the Gold Club will receive a certificate of membership, OCCC cap, T-shirt, Pizza Party, name on team website, and Trip to watch a world class meet. Member of the Gold Club should know they are the elite. Hard work and dedication is a must.
